2010 Recreational Marine Fishing Regulations Summary Sheet

The NJDEP has posted the new 2010 Recreational Marine Fishing Regulations Summary Sheet.

  • Fish are measured from tip of snout to tip of tail (except Black Sea Bass).
  • Cleaning or filleting of fish with a minimum size limit while at sea is prohibited. See the Marine edition of the NJ Fish & Wildlife Digest or New Jersey Fish & Wildlife website for exceptions.
  • Anticipated changes in 2010. Please check the Division of Fish and Wildlife website for the most up to date information.
